How We Work

How We Work

Every engagement begins with a conversation — not a brief. We’ve found that the best legal writing starts with listening.

1. We start with a conversation.

You tell us what you need — a case summary, a client alert, a compliance checklist, or something else entirely. We’ll ask questions that help us understand your audience, your timeline, and the legal context.

2. We prepare a tailored proposal.

Based on that conversation, we send you a short, clear proposal. It outlines what we’ll deliver, when you’ll receive it, and the fee. No hidden costs, no complex scoping documents — just a straightforward agreement.

3. We do the work.

We research the law, review the relevant documents, and write. Every piece of work is grounded in factual precision and legal analysis. We write in plain, precise language — the kind that’s ready for your clients, your board, or your regulators.

4. We deliver and refine.

You receive the finished piece. If something needs adjusting, we revise it. Our goal is always the same: work that is legally sound, clearly written, and easy to act on.

Is that how you’d like to work? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Write to us at hello@justiciable.media with a little background about your needs, and we’ll respond promptly.
